Mongolia's Myagmarsuren Baasankhuu and Zhou Qiuying of China sprinted to victory in the men's and women's categories respectively in stage 4 of the Colorful Yunnan International Granfondo Cycling Festival in Tengchong Cheap Kevin Hayes Jersey , Yunnan Province on Wednesday.
