The Raiders cut Flynn after he struggled in two appearances in relief of injured quarterback Terrelle Pryor, who earned the starters job in the preseason. Flynn was signed by the Buffalo Bills on October 14 but was cut on Monday, when starter EJ Manuel was cleared to return to action.
